FAQ:

Still unsure?

Over the past few decades, thousands of medical and psychological research articles have proven the effectiveness of hypnosis in dealing with a wide variety of issues. Hypnosis is well respected by medical doctors, psychiatrists, dentists, psychotherapists and psychologists. Many of these professions use forms of hypnosis in their treatments. Surgeons have even used hypnosis as the sole form of anaesthesia during deep abdominal surgery such as caesarean sections. Most people can significantly improve their lives with hypnosis.

While in hypnosis, you’re conscious, you can hear and you’re aware. If you’re working with a good hypnotist, they’ll work out any suggestions with you in advance. That way you already know what the suggestions are and agree with them. Plus, you can block suggestions you wish to block. Which brings up the point — your mindset has a great deal to do with how effective a suggestion is. You can block it, or you can have a mindset that multiplies the success, strength and effectiveness of a hypnotic suggestion and the critical factor bypass helps in getting that client to the internal “yes” you want them to have.

Common experiences of hypnotherapy include clients stating they heard every word spoken while they were in trance and yet most clients lose track of time. Clients often are surprised that they feel great, but otherwise 'the same person' after hypnotherapy, as if they should have been somehow magically altered.

Our most deeply held beliefs about ourselves and what we believe we are capable of is stored within the subconscious mind. It is these deeply held patterns and beliefs that drive our decisions and shape our lives. It is these subconscious beliefs and patterns that we must change when we desire to make a lasting, positive change in our lives.

Hypnosis is the most effective way to reach your subconscious mind and remove the subconscious blocks preventing you from making a change. It is by far the most effective to way communicate with the subconscious mind. We've seen people quit smoking, overcome fears, regain confidence and even permanently cure themselves of life threatening diseases using the power of hypnosis.

Remember that Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical care but a complimentary healing or self-help method of treatment and care.

Hypnosis is commonly used by sports people, public speakers and corporate management for motivation.
